Ett litet boktips i värmen. Om ni inte upptäckt Amazons Kindle, så gör det. De har ofta riktigt bra böcker riktigt billigt. Man kan läsa överallt där man laddar ned Kindle-appen. På datorn, telefonen, padden o.s.v.

I ett mailutskick av Matt Stone, 180 Degree Health (signa gärna upp för hans nyhetsbrev, man får ofta tips om gratis böcker, eller får hans egna böcker gratis – allt från Kindle store, Amazon) fick jag tips om denna bok som nu är gratis för nedladdning på ”SATURATED Fact: A Closer Look at ”Healthy Fats” and the Truth about Saturated Fat” av Josh Rubin och Jeanne Rubin. Just nu 0,00 dollar. Vet inte hur länge den är gratis, så passa på.

Jag har inte läst den själv och vet inte om den är bra, men Matt Stone brukar ha bra tips, så jag har precis laddat ned och kommer börja läsa ikväll. Med andra ord vet jag inte om den propagerar för en restriktiv diet kallad LCHF eller ej. Men oavsett, så är det ju intressant att läsa om fett. För även om vi inte äter lowcarb, så behöver vi ju fett, och helst bra fett.
